    Well-kept room, as well as top-class and attentive staff like an unusual request for the staff. Incredible and lovely location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. It also was walking distance to a garden and a hill.

    Very nice spa experience!

    The hot tub and steam room were divine after a day at the beach. The staff genuinely cared.

    Unfortunately, the food didn't quite meet expectations. Some dishes lacked variety and freshness, leading me to dine out more than I had planned.

    The design, gardens, pools and beach were all amazing, The breakfast had great varied and was of excellent quality. The views from the hotel were amazing, something to wakeup for gladly every morning and sleep to on the terrace every night. Hotel noise generating activities stop at 12:00.

    Dinner and restaurants were not as good as breakfast in quality. Absence of lifeguard. Service around the pool area was absent.

    Beautifully landscaped gardens with multiple pools. The beach area felt overcrowded. Entertainment staff energetic and engaging, but communication with service staff needs improvement.

    We have been very warmly welcomed by Zeynep Kiziltas and the reception staff was very polite and professional. In general the hotel staff is polite and helpful.

    We were very disappointed about the hamam we booked from the spa. The hamam turned out to be a mixture of asian massage treatment rather than a traditional Turkish hamam what we have expected and bought. The hamam itself and the gobektasi was not heated which was a big disappointment for us. We could not really get the peeling (Kir kesesi) we were wishing to have. Also the hamam team turned out to be asian than Turkish. At the end the treatment was not bad but it was not what we were expecting.

    Will you have book two standard room for us each cost 1400 Euro. He room was two small and sound of aircondition was two much that you can not sleep at night .hotel recomand to replace our two room with one suite and put two extra bed in said facility but the price went up tp more that 4800 Euro .I had no alternative travelling for more that 18 hours but oo accept te deal .
